TLontheDL
check it out. the sparks are there on purpose...by using spark plates. i wonder if you're in front of a cop and you did this, would the cop be able to pull you over? its not illegal, is it? http://www.teampneumatic.com/vid/hugues-jump.mpeg
optional187
its illegal...a mini truck got a ticket for doing that at my local car show. he didn't do it directly in front of the cop though, the cop was just sitting in the parking lot and watched him hit his spark plates. i think he got a ticket for being too low to the ground. TLontheDL
yeah you're right, it totally slipped my mind that you could get a ticket for having a car that is low.. i hear popo's in california drive around with a ruler.
Trepid
actually the law in cali isn't that you can't be too low, your headlights just have to be 22 inches above the ground. So technically you can mount your headlights on your hood and you'd be street legal
optional187
the 22inch thing is the same here in florida...haven't seen anybody mount their headlights higher though.
