2020 crv touring

What issues should I look out for on this crv? I’ve had this pre owned crv since beginning of march and already I’ve had to have the whole exhaust system replaced, new head unit put in, and now a few days ago my ac went down as it started blow out warm air. I was like WTH! Turns out there were 2 leaks found; one in the compressor output shaft gasket which Honda extended the warranty on as it is a known issue by Honda; the other is a leaking evaporator core. And I’m thinking what next!!! Thankfully the evap is covered by the 3rd party warranty we Bought w the vehicle. But the thing is it only has a little over 41000 miles on it. I just hope I don’t have to keep going back to the dealer for stuff. It gets old fast! It seems like they just don’t make things like they use to.
