Carbon Creation's White Carbon Hood

I like it personally, but its a bit much $$$. Maybe for a birthday present or something, heh. I have a black Civic (sig.) and I think that it might look kinda neat. Got the reverse Panda thing going on. I dunno, I just really can't imagine it, so if someone could photo shop a white hood onto a black car, lol, for starters...anyways, open to suggestions.

it's not white, it's silver :p

i'd have to see one in person. saw a cf hood with the blue weaved in and it looked fake and cheesy.:-/

back when i was into rc cars carbon fiber was the thing...light, rigid, and pretty durable. then, to stir up some more sales, a lower profile company released a car in which all the carbon fiber parts were silver.

nobody bought it.

edit: a silver carbon fiber hood on your totally black car? no way.

I can't believe he would even think about putting that hood on his car. I'm shocked.

To me it looks like you would pay over $650 for a hood that looks like faded carbon fiber.

I would recommend a VIS OEM style hood over that hood.

Cool, thanks guys. I had no idea what to think about this thing. And yes, its silver, heh.:-" Yeah. I wasn't really thinking it would look good on a blakc car now, but maybe a silver car would fit nice, and my friend has a silver 00 civic coupe. SO maybe I'll let him know of it.

This one is for looks. Its a silver CF hood. I was getting some opinins on it merely for its visual basis. I myself would go with regular CF, and paint it should I feel the need.

That would make sense, but if you paint it, than its all the same. I dont think it would cost more to buy a reg. CF hood and paint it silver or white to get the same heat dissipating qualities, as it would to buy that silver hood.
