What are the B variants on the Build & Price?

Last year when I purchased my Civic there were 4 options, LX, EX, Sport and Touring. Now we have LX, LX-B, EX, EX-B, Sport, Sport-B and Touring. I can't see a difference between them besides the small change in price. What's the story here?
