stumped everyone so far running issue

2001 civic a2 engine

I start car from cold run it to hot drive 30min no problem runs like it always had 

shut it off for hour and start it it runs for a couple minuets then goes into a "limp" mode it doesn't have a miss but doesn't have power and wont hardly idle 

i can shut it off and 10 to 15 minutes later it drives fine again 

during that time fuel pressure is same and proper 

i pulled o2 sensor out and it ran same 

I cleaned egr same

changed throttle ass which included 4 sensors idle air throttle position  sensor and 2 more same running

compression all same and good 

swapped all 4 coils from running car same running issues

i changed cam position sensor

i think thats it
