windshield wipers issue, Honda accord LX 2009

windshield wipers start working when I start my car, then after 10-15 seconds stop in random position.

Otherwise, my wipers work fine except in intermittent position they work same as in low-speed position.

Same happens when I turn my wipers off, they won't stop immediately. Any thoughts what might be wrong?
