Honda wireless headphones

Recommended Posts

I am trying to use the wireless headphones that came with my 2020 Honda Pilot Touring.
When I turn them on, 9/10 times I just hear the message “Display screen is on. Display screen is off. Move the screen to a vertical position to turn it back on.” repeating. The 1/10 times it actually does work and my child can hear the dvd playing.
I’m not sure what I’m doing differently that 1/10 time when it actually works.
I’ve read the manual and it doesn’t have any information on how to connect these or how to troubleshoot them.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

We've been having this exact issue with our CPO 2021 Pilot since we bought it 6 months. I can't figure out any combination or restarting that fixes the issue. It is really annoying!

I can't find anything else on the topic anywhere online. It is probably time to contact the dealer.

I also have the EX-L model year 2020 bought back in June 2021.  I have the same issue with: DISPLAY SCREEN IS ON, DISPLAY SCREEN IS OFF.  mOVE THIS SCREEN TO VERTICAL POSITION TO TURN BACK ON.  It is really annoying, and it is still doing it.  Is it a failure on the wireless itself?
