kalessin Posted September 25, 2020 Share Posted September 25, 2020 Hi guys, Hope someone has repaired the honda (Alpine bb714) navigation unit: I have a black screen (not just in navigation but with radio etc, too) but power comes to system (and I can hear radio when changing stations...) , so I thiink the fault is with the ribbon cable connection the unit to the fromt screen, but has anyone ever replaced the ribbon? I opened all the 4 screws on back of the screen + take out the label under witch there is one more screw but still no idea how to take out the back cover so I could change the ribbon.
