8501.parker Posted August 9, 2020 Share Posted August 9, 2020 New Honda owner, requesting advice, just taken delivery of a 2020 civic and will be using for a long distance commuter. I will be leaving the car in an open air parking lot to up (2) months at a time. My question is the best way to protect the car from sun damage. There is so much information and product reviews I am really not sure what to believe. My first reaction was car cover, but the concern for paint damage from rubbing from wind and dirt. Then having to roll the cover up, stow in the car for he drive home... Then I considered a sealant and wax system, refreshing every 3 months? Any perspective appreciated.
