2013 Honda Accord Posted May 13, 2020 Share Posted May 13, 2020 I have a 2013 Honda Accord. My electronic steering has locked and the car is not drivable. I had it towed to the garage. The steering worked perfectly. They put it through all the diagnostics and nothing showed. I drove the car home and later went to go somewhere and the steering was locked up again. I researched this to find that there had been an investigation by the National Highway Traffic and Safety Board but it was closed in 2015.
