Sheered control arm bolt and is my tranny case cracked

Passenger side hit something interstate speed going 60mph at least in 1998 civic. Took out the bumper, fender, radiator, headlight, wheel, tire completely demolished. Now I have this sheered bolt for control arm I found in the street after the hit. Question is how important is it because there are two and what bad could happen if I drive this besides putting more strain on the other one?

Also if you look close there are shatters in the tranny case but they dont feel deep to where they are cracks. Feels like an outer coating thats shattered? But at first thought these were through the case is this normal for 1998 civic tranny to have these?
