T3ltia Posted August 21, 2019 Share Posted August 21, 2019 (edited) I have a 2016 civic ext 1.5l turbo. When the headlights are on my wipers stutter. It also sprays a bit of wiper fluid. When this is happening I can hear a motor or something working.
