07 Civic wont Start

2007 honda civic si just keeps turning over might start for a second then dies. 100k miles. Electrical works except for radio which stopped working at the same time. Checked fuel pump/radio fuses both are good. Changed spark plugs. Havent check the coils yet though. I wonder if this is just some theft mode that was activated? My step father used my car last and he called me when it happend. Hes usually pretty good with fixing cars, but hes not sure what happend. Any ideas?

I would say it the ignition switch. My lude did pretty much the same thing and the radio is a dead give away for the prelude anyways. Pull the switch out and check for blisters on the contacts.
