Electrical problem with passenger window

My front passenger window will work by the passenger button switch (Up/Down) perfectly. But when I try to put the window up from the driver main block/switch, it does not work. The window will go down when I hit the passenger button from the driver switch block but it will not go up. I have tried cleaning the connections and that usually speeds up the motors but it did not work this time.

 

Any ideas as to why this is happening

This can be either a bad window motor or faulty regulator. You will need to remove the door panel in order to find out what is stopping it from going up.

Not sure what OP wanted from us, she/he identified a potential cause, made a temporary repair to the switch which confirmed same, then the temp repair failed which would indicate the switch still needs to be replaced.
