How much oil? Where is it coming from?

The piston rings are open and should allow oil to drain past if left to sit. You can always add a solvent to speed that process.

Honestly, removing it would be a minor concern as firing the engine up should burn small amounts of oil away. If you're talking about a large amount of oil, then a more important concern is from where and why isn't it draining.

I've added a solvent to the oil but i'm gonna let it sit there for a while cause it cuts away the gunk build up slowly.... i haven't checked it as yet to see if its working....

In the last pic above you see the where i lifted the engine cover and the Rocker arms are covered in oil that has been settled for about a year or so i tried scraping it off and i realize it peels .... Can u recommend a simple way how to clean it????

... So far i don't have a clue where the oil is coming from but it's a small amount though... gonna make a small video and post it as soon as i can... Right now i haven't tried starting the engine cause obviously there is some small amount of work needed to be done before doing so......

If its a small amount of oil, leave it alone.

Oil in the valve train is normal. You're going to do more harm than good. Changing the oil often will clear most of the residue on the rocker arms, but really I can see what youre dealing with and I've seen much worse. Leave it alone and get this motor started.

SO, today i did a lil bit of cleaning in the engine, removed the radiator but the oil cooler got damaged during the process, used a torque wrench and turned the crankshaft bolt and i hear compression building and releasing.... :hyper::frantics: So thats a good sign that the engine might be able to turn over and all piston will be firing....
