AustinsZCar2008
Me and a buddy just changed the timing belt in my 92 prelude si with the H23a1 motor.. we assured the cams and crank are lined up.. the problem is when we start it at first it runs fine as long as its choked up.. but when it warms up and idles down it idles down too low and will shut off.. The car has 136000 miles on it and this was the first time the belts have been changed.. what could be causing it to do this? It was idling fine when we started working on this... Any help would greatly be appreciated, thanks
James Matteu
You have to start by assuming you disconnected something and failed to reconnect it. After you've reviewed your work, look at items such as the IACV.
