kaminski347 Posted October 19, 2012 Share Posted October 19, 2012 Ok Newbie here just bought a 2003 honda civic that doesnt run. It has 110,000 miles on it. First thing i noticed is that the fuel pump doesnt pressurize when ignition is on so I changed it. Still same problem so I changed the relays that go to the fuel pump in the glove box and still didnt fix the problem. I tried scanning the car and It wont scan codes. It keeps saying theres an error and tells me to turn the car off for 15 seconds and try again. Does this mean the ecu is fried? Please any info would be great.
