Brian Salvador Posted September 27, 2012 Share Posted September 27, 2012 So i have a e36 right now and honestly im tired of it. expensive parts and too much stuff so for now im done with it. since im new to the japanese side i want to know whats a good car to start on? not expensive but below the 2000's any ideas? sorry might sound like a noob but i never drove a honda. :| basically i want to know a good car to get on a budget that i can fix up thanx. Xeryon Posted September 27, 2012 Share Posted September 27, 2012 Easiest to find and cheapest to work with is a 92-00 Civic of whatever flavor you prefer. 93-01 Integra's are a popular base if you want less go-kart and a bit more refinement and/or comforts. 92-96 Preludes are fun, 97-01 Preludes are my favorite but there is less flexibility in what you can do with them. Just not as many aftermarket parts options in comparison. You can find more Civics under 2000 then you can shake a stick at, Integras and Preludes tend to be a little more expensive.
