First of all, welcome to HF. For basic questions like this, try using the search function as topics like these are covered regularly.

 

It sounds like you don't want to make any significant changes (ie turbo or swap), so right now you're looking at a few bolt-on options.

 

The basics are new intake, header, and exhaust. With all three of these, you might see 10hp increase total, but of course your car will sound different.

As just noted: if you do not want to turbo or engine swap you aren't going to get much for more horsepower. You have just taken off the table the two most cost effective methods for your civic to move faster.
