89 SI will idle but will not accelerate

I have an 89 SI and I'm having problems that I just can't figure out. The car will barley idle and won't respond to hitting the gas pedal. No acceleration it will sometime stall out when I hit the gas pedal. We replaced the gas lines those work fine the sending unit works fine check air filter and hoses those are fine. No vacuumed leak to be found. The butterfly plate seems to be working fine as well. The fuse for the ECU is intake......kind of at a Stan still can anyone share some of there knowledge please.
