H23a block with H22a4 head

i want to build the "frankenstein"....i have a pretty good idea how its done but please give me sum pointers...im gettin the H23 (obd2) vtec motor nd i want to put an H22a4 head on it..(i had the H22a4 sh thats why i want to use this head)...what ive come up with from reading sum is that u have to change the pistons(high comp),rods(bcuz of the stroke), nd crank pulley, then also change the auto tens,water pump, nd belt(prolly jus standard)...the H22a4 head i have i completely stock nd i dont think ill have to do nething to it...that is if i want to...execpt of course new head studs nd gasket when im in the process....but let me know if theres nething else i have to do or should do to the build....engine wise...thanks
