Reset the radio? You have to contact the dealer with your VIN number and your information to retrieve the code. Or, the code and the radio serial number may be placed on the inside of the glove box, inside the door frame or trunk lid if the dealer was conscientious enough to provide this service. the code is a five number sequence.
