S2000 wont shift into 6th after changing tranny fluid

After changing out the transmission fluid using Honda recommended oil, the transmission wont shift into 6th gear. I checked the fluid level and its full, Other gears shift fine as well as reverse. When trying to shift into 6th its like theres nothing there. Also after trying it makes the shifter slightly sticky like until shifting into different gear and it smooths out again. Anyone have any ideas
