Birdman
My sister has a 2004 Accord that does not start. Starter motor makes noise when inside and works fine when bench tested, but the engine still does not crank. No broken teeth on the flywheel or the starter gear. Need help ASAP. Turtlehead
Could be the ignitor or the PGM-FI relay. I assume the engine is cranking but the car will not start. If it is not craking then there may be a loose connection from the battery or possibly a bad battery. There are other potential causes but these are "the most common." Birdman
The engine is not cranking. I will try switching the batteries and see if that does anything. I also tried connecting the jumper cables to test the starter not only into the battery, but from the block and the power cable to the starter to see if there was any connection problems, but it still worked that way.
