My friend is looking to buy a car. both these cars have his attention and he wants to know what one has the most potential. I don't want to hear only Honda because its a Honda forum please honest opinions on what has more potential and worth the price. They both cost $1100 (his first car purchase) They are both the same price: 1988 Toyota Celica 2000 Twin cam 135 hp 125 torque.
