lurch
So I just bought a B18c1 block and a B17a block. Just found out that the B18c1 has 3 hairline cracks in one of the cylinder walls but plan on boring it out to a 2.0. If the cracks are to deep and cant use the B18c1 block can I bore out the b17a block to a 2.0? If so will the cylinder walls be to thin and will I be loosing torgue are hp? lurch
ehhhh! just going to send the b18c1block to goldeneagle and have them resleeve it to a 2.0. Keep the b17a as a spare hopefully never needing it.
Sport Injection
You do realize that GE sleeves are like $1,200. Chances are you do not need GE sleeves unless your going to boost the holy mother of god out of it.
lurch
Yeah I know. The reason why is one of the original cylinders has 3 hairline cracks in it. So I need to get it resleeved.
