My payoff was $1800 less that what I had originally though, and the dealer changed the numbers without informing me. They just pointed where to sign and then afterwards said, well it was on the final contract. I contacted BBB and finally American Honda who called the manager and then informed me that there is nothing they can do about it. Basically Honda dealerships are accountable to no one. That's a pathetic excuse on Honda's part. Thieves I've worked in two different Honda stores and have in both cases marvelled at the integrity of the people I work with.
