88 Civic stalling under load

Hi, people looking for some helpful suggestions.

I have a 88 civic Dx 1.5. I drove my car all morning but at one point noticed a big miss, thinking I missed a gear i continued home, no problems. As i went to leave again car started up and idle normally, but as soon as i touch the throttle it wants to stall, let off the gas and it returns to normal idle.

Now after 15 or so minutes into driving i throw two codes, vss, and injector. Ive pulled and cleaned the injetors, and they both test ok as far as ohm resistence, doesnt really seam to affect car while driving though. I recently had a starting issue where the car would not fire unless you gave it a shot of starting fluid, onces started ran fine. Thinking it might be the fuel pump, considering the pump in the car came out of my 95 integra with 170k, I replaced it with a 99 si civic pump also used, but sounded good. To my dismay didnt fix my starting problem. Replaced Icm and Hey It starts. Other parts replaced include coil, cap, rotor, fuel filter. Wires test under 6ohms and plugs look good enough to fire. Im thinking maybe regulator or tps. Even though im not throwing a tps code, unless my b16 si pump is failing on me but it seems to run strong. I know the smart thing would be to run a fuel pressure test, but low on funds to rent or by one. Also i figure the vss code is do to the fact my car has a dc2 integra gauge swap, never the less not causing my issue.
