Idle Air Control Sensor. clean it. run a tank of fuel injector cleaner through a tank of gas. check to make sure injectors are getting enough fuel. change the fuel filter. do those one by one and see if it helps. does this do it all the time or every once in a while?

you have a vacuum leak some where, the easiest and fastest way is just replace all your vacuum hose kuz it could be any 1 of them.

+1 for cleaning the iacv, doesnt allways work but it might help a bit.

usually its most likely just a vacuum leak could range from a cracked hose to just the littlest pin hole leak.
