09fourdoorsi Posted September 24, 2009 Share Posted September 24, 2009 so im new to this forum.. i was wandering if there is any way to take out the sub woofer which is a stock 10in and replace it with a 12in. if not, would i need to get a new radio or does the 2009 sedans come with dual output/input? CBRF4i Posted September 25, 2009 Share Posted September 25, 2009 in all reality, throwing in a 12" sub that will actually match the already low power ratings you are getting from the stock external amp will not even be worth the effort. The output gain would be minimal if any. stick with what you have, or go aftermarket. The problem with aftermarket is that in alot of cases, you have to rip everything out and replace it.
