Hard to tell with so little information. You may want to try and find one in a salvage yard and grab what you can for the vacuum control system. In particular thermovalve A. It is a wax valve and can fail over time. I wish I could be of more help but the vaccum system on that car is complicated and there are multiple potential causes for your issue.
