Mine is 4800RPM and is stock ECU, I got rid of a chipped ECu that had vtec set at 5800RPM, in favor of stock.

those numbers are stock

 

i have a stock p28 also

 

I have had 2 bone stock Sols (93-94) Samba was 4800RPM crossover, and I replaced my chipped P-28 with a stock one from a 94 EX Civic, and it has same crossover. So...........? >_<

it seems like it kinda kicks in at 4500 or 4600 but im a newbie.......i think the crossover does hit at 5500 though...it starts haulin after 5500 pretty good if im on it.if any though,thanks you guys....its a slow build but worth it....i love having a honda!!!!!!!!
