Civic 2001 4dr Remote Starter System... HELP

Im installing a remote starter system. As I go along, I'm sure I'll run into problems. I'm hoping to post this to get others to help me out.

 

First problem so far is i can't find the Neutral Safety connector.

I found these info on a site;

 

 

 

Looking at the fuse box, there are a bunch of cords. Which ones is for the NEUTRAL SAFETY one ? ?
