Permently deleting codes from ecu

I have an 03 accord with a full custom exhaust and I have bought a o2 sensor simulator for my second o2 sensor since with the custom exhaust it is impossible to put it in the correct place and I have tried several things and keep getting check engine lights and the person who made the simulator and I were trying everything to make it work and I got nothing. I somehow passed new jersey inspection but I want to permently remove the codes from the computer because they are never going to go away. I want to do this just so I don't have to deal with them coming on anymore and when the light comes on it's for an actual problem. does anyone know how to permently remove codes or know where I could send the ecu??
