quisp96 Posted June 21, 2009 Share Posted June 21, 2009 1994 accord, Compressor won't come but it will run by putting 12v to compressor (or giving ground to the compressor relay). I have swapped both relays mounted on the front of the fans (one is the compressor relay) so I am assuming they are both good. Freon level is within range. Tried jumping thermostat connector (didn't kick compressor on) wondering if this means the thermostat is bad? Is there a way to test it? Also how would one go about testing the thermisistor in the blower housing, I understand these fail often. Sorry for all the questions.... I would like to be system matic about my test procedure, but don't have a shop manual for the car, I'm pretty good with a tester though, thanks in advance.
