Before anyone flames you your car only has a single head so by default you only have one header (singular)

No on the vtec controller. factory settings are normally best unless you have some crazy high performance built race car.

A header alone will make 0 hp, it will probably cause you to loose hp actually. If you have an upgraded intake, catalytic converter and a full exhaust you may see a modest gain in the 5-10, possibly 15 total range.

Yes, I know it is DOHC. All H series engines of every type were DOHC. It still only has one head though.

Everything depends on how much cash you want to burn. DC makes quality products that can by purchased for cheap just about everywhere. SMSP makes an extremely nice product for your setup but you are talking big money there.

We do, but it is a small forum and there isn't much action in the classified here. off the top of my head I think $500 or so. You can use ebay as a good benchmark for pricing but I wouldn't buy from there. Just about every on-line tuner parts company carries dc and if you email them and use ebay as a comparison pricing many places will try and match or cut their price for you.
