msand9898
My 1993 Accord EX recently developed foamy airbubbles in the Power Steering Reservoir? I fill it up and when I cap off the reservoir it overflows with even more foamy bubbles? Any help is appreciated...
James Matteu
You have a leak. This is not a leak where fluid comes out, this is a leak where air gets in. Make a visual inspection of your entire system and find the leak.
Turtlehead
^Yes. You have a leak. Most likely (99%) your steering rack is leaking.

alex37211
I was also have same problem. Another problem is, when I turn the steering the RPM drop That's why it's called "power" steering. There's a pulley on the p.s. pump that spins under power of your engine. When you turn the wheel, the pump is put under pressure and requires more power from the engine. Thus the rpms will drop. Pballer2005
I was also have same problem. Another problem is, when I turn the steering the RPM drop and the fact that you have a leak means that the pump is compressing/expanding air in the system, while the fluid in the pump wont compress/expand so its having to do more work.
