WOAH! From out of no where 4horse appears!

To elaborate on what he said, you apparently are using an older motor in a newer car. Tough road to travel. To make it work you will need to convert the ecu and harness to the older OBD1 setup. Despite the obvious technical difficulties involved make sure you are aware that it is actually illegal to do this. Not that the other things we do isn't, but this is not just a bolt on but an entire reversal of the emissions setup on your car.

to elaborate even further, lol, the obd-1 conversion harness is affordable and easy to install, involves no re-wiring. dont go cheap on the harness because you will regret it. i had no technical difficulties other than to find out which sensors i dont use, ie. crank angle, knock, map, so on and so forth. however xeryon is right, it is illegal to anyone that cares, but i say while your at it, get that evap system up out your way, you dont need it either. obd-1 is the eisiest to tune and is the most versitle. i highly recommend it.
