Earthbrand Posted December 1, 2008 Share Posted December 1, 2008 I drive a '97 Prelude SH and the hand brake is very weak. It is almost to the point of sliding down a slope if I don't have it in gear. Now that the snow is about to set in for winter, I was wondering if anyone knew how I can tighten the hand brake or at least where I can find how to do it. Any help would be appreciated. Tubbith Posted December 1, 2008 Share Posted December 1, 2008 Not sure where it is on your car. If you cant find it, head to a local break shop and ask them to tighten it up for you.
