My first del sol I purchased new was a 1993 which I put on almost 200,000 miles before getting rid of in 2000 (I do miss the aux lights, but yeah, the low miles B16 was #1 priority). Since then I purchased a new 2001 miata, 2003 audi A4 cabriolet and a 2007 VW Eos--none of them had the same "sol" and I am in the position to get any car I want, and this is the one I wanted. I work from home now, so I put on less than 2000 miles a year so I plan on keeping this baby well into her classic years. My goal is to keep her until honda comes up with a fast, electric convertible. She had been anally maintained by her previous owner and she still feels new. I had her repainted and all the seals replaced in July, so I have had several people come up to me thinking it was a brand new car.

That's true, Scott, we're less than an hour from each other.

You coming to the winter meet on Dec. 20th?

Well not initially but the Washington Auto Show is coming on the 8th of Feb. Maybe we can get a sol train to go down and drive around the thing or something.

As far as joining I will look into it.
