Well im working with a customer and she's a first time homebuyer, and im trying to figure out how much she makes and figure out her debt ratio, and well i was like when do you pay for rent....and shes like whenever i have it....im like well do you rent from family or friends, and shes like no...i just pay the landlord when i recieve a check. Im like great....why am i wasting my time....but anyway shes like yea sometimes i pay for it on the 1st or the 15th or the end of the month...im like...ok maam we need to have one set date for when you pay for it for lender purposes.....well shes like well just put it for the end of the month...im like i cant just make this up lol...but yea i told her well usually when people are renters they pay on the 1st of the month because what they do is pay their rent before they live there...otherwise your in arrears....I mean cmon do any of you guys pay for rent after you live there....i swear...some people...grrr Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Posted October 6, 2008 Share Posted October 6, 2008 since i moved out to new york. ive been trying to join with the recruiters out here since the ones in san diego werent doing their jobs. as most of you know, i needed a waiver to be able to enlist. well, my waiver had to be sent to the dept of the army for review because the crimes i was charged (not convicted) of were serious and made me unable to enlist without an exception to policy waiver which has to be reviewed by the highest authority. so, i just got off the phone after waiting a week to hear back about the exception to policy and i was turned down. they say i have to wait 6 months before trying again. They also say that i havent had enough time to rehabilitate from my crime. that is utter bullcrap because everything happened in 2005 and i was released off of probation a year f*cking early for proving that I was a good citizen and a positive influence in society. this is really dragging me down since i had everything depending on being able to enlist. now i dont know what to do. Del Sol's running got some "bank" that'll return once/if the truck gets sold, if nothing else I got a steal on it to begin with. Was cold this morning, decent this afternoon, cold by the time I got home, not quite as cold right now as it's been. Yesterday was nice, until night fell. Saturday I was an f'ing ice cube. Friday was alright until night came, but it felt alright after I was drunk. I think I'm getting sick. I need more sleep, haven't had much time for that the past however-many days. I wanna get somethin that pays more and has a set amount of hours. right now im pretty much only gettin hours because im bustin my butt and pretty much suckin up to the boss. she said i should get assistant manager in 2 weeks but i was told that like 3 months ago and got screwed out of it. Im havin a hard time payin my bills so i decided to try and get another job and work 2 for a while. iv got an interview next monday at UPS, so im hopin that itll help. the weather is sucking really bad. i hate the cold. i wanna move somewhere that its like 70 year round with maybe a thunderstorm every once in a while, and little rain. Haha Yea, well shes got really good credit suprisingly....but yea i can see her going default....but im not going to do the deal if the lender says shes not a suitable buyer due to her unstable income. Since you are very nearly my neighbor and all you gotta tell me if there is ever anything I can do to help you two out. I've been there: Living in a craphole apartment working two minimum wage jobs just to be able to eat. I am so glad that is all behind me now. I spent 40+ hours, busting my balls, getting almost no sleep, working in my basement hanging drywall this weekend entirely by myself so that the guy I hired, who is a friend, that is doing the joint mud work could start Monday morning. Figures he would get food poisoning Sunday night and spent the entire night in the bathroom alternating between sitting on, and in front of the toilet. Just figures. SIR_VTEC Posted October 8, 2008 Author Share Posted October 8, 2008 So i got word last night my dog of 13years is dying....my step dad took him to the vet and they said that his brain is malfuctioning, so he may have brain aneurism...so right now im really down right now....I got him when I turned 11, and remember to this day playing with him in my backyard, to his first winter ( he loved it he kept diving in the snow) and him sleeping with me under the covers in grade school, to me taking him everywhere in my first car and him always waiting for me after school at my apt...so today I will get a call to let me know if its something that can be taken care of with surgery or I may have to put him to rest....just really depressed, dont want to be here at work, but its something to do to take my mind off....just only got 2 hours of sleep last night... Currently we sport the 9,8, and 7 year old cats and 6 and 5 year old dogs. So when the time comes it will all be happening in close proximity. I'm sure it will be rough. CRG7 Posted October 9, 2008 Share Posted October 9, 2008 wow, sorry to hear it, javy! my oldest cat passed away four years ago last month (he was just shy of 10, ended up having feline leukemia), and i still clearly remember carrying him home the day i got him (and the morning i woke up crazy early for no apparent reason, and saw that he passed on), among many other memories (everyone always swore that he understood what i was saying to him too lol). But im moving into my new one at the end of this month and they allow dogs, so im not sure how he's going to get along with ninja and samurai...but we'll see....I found out that he has arthritis, so its a relief...but not really...ya know...its nothing meds can help him out with to last a bit longer.... Get a job at the casinos the casinos are kinda slow right now due the bad economy, especially in california. my bi-weeky paycheck averages 1600 compared to when it was averaging 2200. i think the military is the only job secure place now.
