Put an ad on craigslist that just says "Will pay for some one to swap a b16 into my crx" you'll get some replies and just give them phone interviews and use your own judgement to gauge their qualifications and experience. Then get quotes and haggle them all down. You could probably find some one to do it for like $200-$300. Also, maybe you could get some references from them. Just a thought. That's what I did to get my motorcycle fixed. I got about 6 or 7 calls. I got lucky and found a really great mechanic who works for cheap and is actually honest. If you do decide to take this route, be careful! Don't trust the job to just anyone. Be extremely scrutinizing.

My car is covered from the taillights to the close gear set. Must have proof of internals (pics of me installing them, along with numbered WDR mark on trans, plus receipts). Cost me $100 to have the car appraised. Any insurance compant voids your coverage if damage happens at a timed event (road race, autocross, drag race). Some companies will cover events that are not timed (HPDE/HPDS).
