93integraDA
I got a 1993 integra, b16a1 w/ 50k and ys1 tranny with lsd. motor is basically stock just as it comes when imported. Just asking for suggestions of what to do next to the motor and/or the car. I'd like to make it a reliable but fast car. Its most def just my summer car, cause i own a 1982 chevy truck that i drive in the winter. I figure since its prob gunna be a long winter with out it, itll be plenty of time to do things to it. just drop me a line and tell me what you think? jerrodh
You got two options really. Basic bolt ons for some decent games. Or throw together a turbo (cheap or not) and have it tuned right and have some rather nice gains. Throwing a turbo into the mix may mess with reliability and generally adds more wear and tear on your motor than a N/A setup so thats you'll call. Best bet is do some research on your own to see what you want to do.
BrIaN EG2
Friggin sweet you got a Integra XSi!!! those are pimp even though they dont pack much punch, still my fav trim of the DA lineup! id do simple bolt ons first then get into the internals and boost after a while, i'd just enjoy having a rare ass XSi! pics? and welcome to the forums! 93integraDA
Well Its basically a integra with a xsi swap. So i wouldnt say its a full xsi but still pretty nice for its age. right now my cameras kinda lame and none of the pictures will work to load on here. I appreciate the comments back. Im thinkin about headers, intake manifold, then cams and building the motor a bit. I dunno about the boost, just because it seems like a turbo takes time and money and i dont have either. SNooPYjdm
I would say just do all the simple boltons for now like i/h/e, intake mani, throttle body, FPR, maybe a better clutch and lighter flywheel and see how you like that and if its still not quick enough for you do some internal work by the way great choice on the car cant wait to see pics
..SSR..
RM M21X cams (168whp on a stock B16 with a cheap header). MF close gear set (3/4 if you don't like high RPM cruising). People won't believe its a B16.

alex37211
I wouldn't go cheap on that header for the k20a2. How is that drive by wire anyways? Have you driven an 02-04 for comparison? I always wondered about the difference.
