Ben.
Spent a portion of my day at the range..Got to shoot an array of guns. Including a snub nose 357 magnum, that weighed in at only 12 ounces. Running price for one of those new from Smith & Wesson was 800 or so lol. As a concealed carry great, especially in a 5 shot! As a range pistol, forget it! You will never want to shoot it! If you do I suggest 38+P's

It all comes down to make damn good and sure that you know who you draw down on before you do it! Problem is there is a fine line between, being right , being wrong, and being dead. BrIaN EG2
i know this is totally off topic, but they have a indoor range back home and they sell all kind of different guns, they actually had a single shot .50 cal sniper rifle for sale, i almost got a chub but you do need a liscence to have that, still would be nice to have
Tubbith
Both really. Some guns are "range toys" they are fun to shoot, or they are just something that wouldnt be practical for carrying for defense. Some guns are for self defense, either in the home, your car, or on your person while you are out and about.

Ben.
And by brave, I mean stupid. And no, I'm not referring to people buying guns for self defense. I'm talking about the reason the self defense is being brought into the picture.
