HONDACRXMAN
you could hit 140 with that setup without the turbo but it will take you a long time to hit the 140 mark and it would have to be on a cold night. to hit 200mph, you would need 800+ hp i would imagine. 800hp would be nice. Kastigir
800hp would be nice. Not in a CRX it wouldn't. You wouldn't be able to keep the damn thing on the road.

Rick B.
800hp would just be stupid power. think about this. crx: 2100 lbs base 2000 corvette: 3246 lbs at 345hp, 0-60 in 5 sec, 0-100 in 9.1 sec base 2007 corvette: 3179 lbs at 400hp, 0-60 in 5.23 sec, 0-100 in 9 sec base 2007 ZO6: 3132 lbs at 505hp, 0-60 in 3.9, 0-100 in 8.8 sec if you get anywhere between 250-300 whp, you can compete with the older style corvettes on the freeway because of the power to weight ratio. to compete with the newer corvettes and of course the monster zo6, you will have to have at least 350whp, and you need to be a damn good driver. well, there are some numbers that should get you thinking. also, you said this will be a daily driver, so anything over 300hp will most likely be a pain in the ass to drive and youre losing out on gas mileage. 300hp is no problem with a gsr turbo

Ben.
600bhp isn't sh*t in a Cobra. They're heavier than a Supra. They need 650 at wheels AND beefy dr's or slicks to contend with a 500 horse Z06.

HONDACRXMAN
ok ive selected the motor but now its time for the interior. wat type gauges, seats, harnesses, wat else would you put but keep in mind its a daily driver. suspension? wings west body kit it appealing with the eye and its not bulky like the other kits i found. Rick B.
in my opinion, keep the body work relatively stock. you dont want to draw too much unwanted attention to your car from cops or thieves. at most, some nice rims, lowered, good paint, and a lip kit you dont need guages unless youre building a full on race car. tenzo or sparco seats would be a nice touch. they come with brackets so you can use the stock seat belt so you dont have to have harnesses. maybe you should get some gsr leather seats and throw those in your crx, especially if you have a black dash, it would look very clean. Ben.
If you can find RSX Type S/S2000 or Del Sol seats..that'd be the way to go. AP1 seats are the f*cking SH*T.
