Reupholster?

I have a 99 Honda Civic 4 door in Ohio (complete with yearly snow) and have passed 100,000 miles

 

I was wondering about re upholstering the two front seats (they are grey cloth) and maybe putting new floor carpet in

 

Has anyone done this? Should/could I take it to the dealer or is it cheaper to find someone who does this sort of thing (and would that be done as well and cheaper?)

just find some cheap used seats in a junkyard and swap them out.
