CleanGSR
Well, there's more than one car that came with a B16. I'd guess that your header was made for a B16 Del Sol VTEC rather your SI. Only options are to sell the header, or have a muffler shop extend the pipe on the header to the right length, or make a pipe to fill the gap (depending on how large the gap is). CleanGSR
There no gap the screw hole dont line up thats all If it fits, but the screw hole doesn't line up then this is what I'd do. Go to a muffler shope and have them cut the flange off of the catalytic converter (on the header end) and spin it until it lines up....reweld, and bolt it together. I'd much rather cut into the flange on the cat than on the header. I can't imagine something like that costing more than 20-30 bucks. NICE CAR though!!!!!!!!
