okay, im pretty sure a 99 gsr is obd2a, since you car is an 2000, its an obd2b.


this is how i would do it


use an obd2a harness, obd2a p72 ecu, and yes you will need to run the a wire from the vtec solenoid to the ecu.


heres where it might sound a little tricky, since your dc4 is originally obd2b, you will need a conversion harness to run the gsr swap since its an obd2a motor. even if you did just try to plug and play, i dont think itll work because you swap doesnt have the crank sensor but your stock ecu will try finding one since its a obd2b, get it?
