IVhorsemenmotorsports
No need for an intercooler with an NA setup. Just get a cold air intake and you're set. ya i agree no intercoolers for n/a setup. one of the best intakes around is the passwordJDM one made of carbonfiber and plastic. That works best. Make a shield out of ABS plastic to keep the hot radiator fan air from hitting the intake. Insulated plastic intake tubes work the best due to its ability to not retain heat. The aem tubes are all aluminum and soak up the heat. drive a car with one for 15-30min in the street, then open the hood and touch the tube. very hott. cranny
the biggest advantage of the K's IVTEC is variable cam timing now. using a VTC as well as the old technologys VTS. the IVTEC setups VTC has the ability to adjust the intake cam timing 50 degrees either way as needed using oil pressure as well. its kind of worded in horses post like you NEED kpro for this to happen , they are like this stock. when you add Kpro , it simply allows alot more control in whats happening in these engines , which imo , is nothing short of a small miracle , hehe. Kpro basically fukin rocks.

TS John
I had a PWJDM carbon fiber intake. I would deffo recommend it, although I have heard their quality has gone down recently. I can't verify that, though.
