francie81
Hi people, I did abit of a silly thing today. I jacked up my car using an Hydraulic Jack under the passenger side beside the wheel thinking it was a jacking point because I seen the groove so just assumed, but it turns out that it was a slot or seal if ya like that I pressed in, I only found this out when I lifted the carpet, can anyone tell me if this is a common mistake and would I be aswell to leave it to a panel beater to seal it back in place as am affraid water will leak through??? Xeryon
hammer it back into place and go to NAPA and buy the spray on rubber undercoating. Runs around $5-6 a can. Just coat the area well to recover the exposed metal.
